The UCLA Tiverton House is within walking distance (approximately 10 – 15 minutes) of the conference site. This is the primary conference hotel, and we have reserved a block of thirty rooms. There are no restaurants in the hotel, but a complimentary continental breakfast is provided. The hotel is within walking distance of Westwood, where there are many restaurants (click this link for a list of restaurants in Westwood.)

Room Reservation Information

$139 per room (2 double beds; free parking and complimentary continental breakfast)

• reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
• check-in time is 3:00pm PST and check-out time is 12:00 noon PST.
• the deadline to make reservations for the UCLA Tiverton House is Friday, August 21, 2009. Reservations made after this date will be at the prevailing room rate on a space available basis.
• reservations made and then later canceled are eligible for a refund according to the following schedule:
  • reservations canceled up to and including 8/22/09 can be refunded without penalty.
  • reservations canceled from 8/23/09 through 9/21/09 can be refunded with a 40% charge.
  • reservations canceled from 9/22/09 through 10/05/09 can be refunded with a 60% charge.
  • reservations canceled from 10/06/09 through 10/15/09 can be refunded with an 80% charge.
  • from 10/16/09 on, there will be no refunds; no shows, as well as early departures will receive no refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be certain about the dates you wish to book, since no shows and early departures will be charged at 100% of the amount owed.
