The Royal Palace Westwood is within walking distance (approximately 10 – 15 minutes) of the conference site. There are no restaurants in the hotel, but a complimentary continental breakfast is provided. This hotel offers free parking and complimentary hard-wired high-speed internet access in all guest rooms.

Room Reservation Information

Rooms are between $111.60-$134.10 each. There are only five rooms reserved for our group in this block, so book your reservation quickly; subsequent reservations will be at the prevailing room rate on a space available basis.

• check-in time is 3:00pm PST and check-out time is 12:00 noon PST.
• the deadline to make reservations for the Royal Palace Westwood is Monday, September 21, 2009. Reservations made after this date will be at the prevailing room rate on a space available basis.
• reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
• any changes and/or cancellations made to individual reservations must be made not later than 24 hours prior to arrival.
